Monitoring Board |

CIT's FAB Monitoring Board provides real time FAB activities
including equipment properties and status. User can
view this feature from the FMB GUI. It will provide
decision making support for managerial executives. The
monitoring activities are categorized as Central Monitoring,
WIP (Work In Process) Monitoring and EQP (Equipment
Monitoring).

| Central Monitoring |
It will popup a factory map diagram for Executive/
Managerial person.
The factory map diagram clearly describe the
FAB architecture by area.
By clicking an area in the factory map it will
show the information of equipments in the area. |
| WIP (Work
In Process) Monitoring |

Description |
| WIP Monitoring |
Once the user login to the FMB GUI, WIP monitoring
will be ready to use and it will automatically
show the detailed lots information of the selected
area. |

| EQP (Equipment) Monitoring |
Listed below are the functionalities of EQP (Equipment)
monitoring,
- Allow user to set the priority of FAB areas.
- Show all equipments in the selected dispatch area.
- Be able to view the properties of each equipment.
- Equipments can be sorted by any of the specific
column.
- Column list of equipment is allowed to be customized.
- Be able to re-arrange the column list of equipment.
- Equipment list can be filtered by any of the displayed
column with wildcard options.
- The equipment monitoring can be viewed in simple
list style or icon style.
- By clicking a particular equipment it will show
equipment properties, state information and attributes.
- Allow user to query history information of equipment
by start date, end date or equipment events.
