CIT's Alarm System integrates with Fab automation systems
such as SPC server, MES, RMS and directly with the Equipment
Controller. It generates notification to users in various
forms when errors or defined events occurr in integrated
systems. Currently supported notification forms include
e-mail, FAX, pagers, GSM mobiles, and Pop-up windows
messages. Alarm administrator can define the event types,
notification forms, trigger criteria, and users or user
groups to be notified.
